The following eligibility criteria must be met to use kriya11:

• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• The platform cannot be accessed from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.

All bets placed on kriya11 are governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, Without cash out option।

• Kriya11 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete due to circumstances directed by the organizers, the stake will be refunded.
• Kriya11 is not responsible for any issues arising from internet latency during live betting.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.
• Maximum Single Win Amount ৳50,00,000will not exceed.

All financial transactions on kriya11 are handled securely and transparently. The payment terms are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually instant; withdrawals 30 minutes to 24 hours is processed within.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Cases involving money laundering or suspicious transactions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Kriya11 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified Wagering Requirement must be met.
• Welcome Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount 10x।
• Minimum odds for bets placed using bonus balance: 1.50।
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kriya11. Violations will result in permanent account closure:

• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

• Violating the affiliate program rules or generating fake referrals.

• Kriya11 is obligated to provide information upon lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.

Similarly, kriya11 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Kriya11 is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Betting losses due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• Unforeseen technical issues or server downtime.
• If account credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Kriya11's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Kriya11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes:

• At least 7 days ago Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
